15 October 2015 Auckland Prison PPP Financial Close
Public Infrastructure Partners reached Financial Close on the Auckland Prison PPP on 15 September 2015. The Department of Corrections announced in September that financial close was reached with a Public Infrastructure Partners (PIP) Fund consortium.
8 May 2015 Schools PPP - New Aranui campus plans revealed
Education Minister Hekia Parata last week signed the $298 million contract with the Future Schools Partners (FSP) consortium to finance, design, build and maintain the Aranui school, Ormiston Junior College in Auckland, Wakatipu High School in Queenstown and Canterbury's Rolleston College.

Future Schools Partners has been selected as the preferred bidder for the New Zealand Schools II Public Private Partnership (PPP). The contract includes the design, construction, finance and maintenance of four schools throughout New Zealand over 25 years.

5 March 2014. The government has announced four new schools will be built and maintained by public-private partnerships and it's being accused of selling the system. Education Minister Hekia Parata says two schools in Christchurch, one in Queenstown and one in Auckland will be built by PPPs.
