The Role of Administrator

NZSIF Management Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Craigs Investment Partners, will provide the day-to-day administration of NZSIF, including the investment of unallocated or surplus cash, investor relations, the preparation of interim and annual reports and other shareholder services that may be required from time to time.

Craigs Investment Partners operate an internal Chinese Wall policy in relation to the administration responsibilities associated with its role as Administration Manager of NZSIF.
